Had to go into my Mail contacts and change the lables on some. Use either "home", "work" or "other," and if you have more than one phone or email for someone, use different lables for each. Disappointed that Missing Sync 1. And 2. was a disaster. But BBDTFM is working fine for now. I would have gone with iPhone but need word & excel capabilities. The included software PocketMac for Blackberry didn't work, so I bought Missing Sync but it only syncs contact. I can't get it to work with itunes or even downloads all the cool Blackberry apps I keep hearing about. I'm trying to decide which is a better phone and if I could get the Blackberry Bold to work seamlessly with my mac it would be great. Please help!
