• But RATM? Cool band no doubt but it feels like we sabotaged our own chart. Would have been nice to have something more festive. #
• Did we teach Cowell a lesson? 19 million people watched the final. Millions more voted to line his pockets. #
• I doubt he is crying into his eggnog over a few thousand CD sales. #
• I will concede that it is a victory for 'real music' and illustrates the power of the internet. #
• One wonders if history will record Dec. 09 as the first time social networking was taken seriously or just a minor festively fuelled blip. #
• I'm going to start a campaign next year to prevent Strictly Come Dancing from producing a winner and instead vote for M.C. Hammer. #

• So now the phone says "Re-install Software" and the BB manager says "Cannot connect to device" Which one will win, do we think? #
• Another slice of my life wasted by fighting with another piece of tech. For gods sake, just freaking work you stupid Blackberry. #
• Still getting the 507 error. App loader works until it restarts phone. Phone comes back with 507 error and App loader Cannot connect. #
• Hurrah. It appears to be doing something now. Fingers crossed. #
• Blackberry fault appears to be hardware related. Common issue. Trackball not registering click, back button not working, other keys random #
• Will need to go back to Blackberry for warranty repair. Debbie not pleased understandably. #
• Always the way: tech fails when you need it most / during a holiday when places close. #
